Exceed Building is a family-owned construction company based in Sunbury-on-Thames. Established in 2005, we have been carrying out quality construction services across Surrey and South West London for over 20 years.

At Exceed Building, we pride ourselves on delivering high quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Our staff are passionate about their craft and complete all work to an extremely high standard. We offer a wide range of services to both domestic & commercial clients anywhere in the Surrey and South West London area.

The safety of our clients and staff are our top priority, so we are fully covered by Public Liability Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance. We are also covered by Contract Works Insurance.
DID YOU KNOW?

Public Liability Insurance does not cover any work that is underway/in-progress, only the existing property is covered. Here's an example:
​
You are in the process of having an extension on your home,. Unfortunately, a pipe bursts and floods the extension.
In this situation, you would not be covered for damages done to your brand new kitchen/dining room. Public Liability Insurance only covers the existing property!
​
That is why Exceed Building are also covered by Contract Works Insurance.
CWI will cover the newly-built sections of your property and any work that is underway.
Matthew alvey-skeet
Founder, Carpenter.
Matthew Alvey-Skeet has been in the Construction Industry for over 20 years. Matt started his career working in the public sector carrying out construction contracts for his local council. After a number of successful years in the public sector, Matt decided to take his career to the next step by going private and so Exceed Building Ltd came to life.

Exceed Building Ltd has been carrying out all domestic works, from a simple Kitchen or Bathroom fit, all the way to full refurbishments and multi-storey extensions. Exceed Building operates anywhere in Surrey and South West London.

Matt carries several qualifications as well as an abundance of experience.
DavID alvey-skeet
Co-Founder, Carpenter.
David Alvey-Skeet (Matt's Brother) also has an abundance of experience within the Construction Industry. Dave started his career as a Plasterer, working for a Private Contracting Company carrying out high-end projects for high net-worth clients. In 2005, Dave moved to Exceed Building to support Matt in his new start-up, 15 years later they are still going strong!
Dave recently re-trained to become a qualified Carpenter. Now both Matt and Dave are qualified Carpenters and Dave is also a qualified Plasterer.
